Warranty Term & Conditions

We provides (1+4*) year standard warranty (+4 years will be on Compressor only) with the following term & conditions.

• The warranty is confined to first customer (Purchaser) only. It is not transferable.
• The customer will register with our Call centre for extended warranty on Compressor, with in 7 days of purchase, failing which the warranty will be applicable for one year only.
• The warranty will be calculated from the date of purchase or from the date of installation, whichever is earlier.
• All the Installations will be done on chargeable basis.
• The warranty does not cover any accessories external to the product.
• Warranty does not cover Cables, Remote Hand Set, Damage parts, Plastic parts, Perishable parts.
• Demo, Re-installation, Service/Visit charges are payable by the customer.
• Gas leakage, Gas Charging is not covered under extended warranty.
• During the period of warranty the Company's obligation shall be limited to repair or the replacement of defective parts only.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances or unavailability of spares, the company's prevailing depreciation value will be binding on the customer/purchaser to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of not being able to repair the product.
• The Submission of purchase proof/GST Bill is mandatory by the customer whether it has to be done at time of warranty registration or at the time of Demo/Installation.

The warranty will be not available in any of the following circumstances:

• AThe product is not purchased from an authorized dealer/retailer of the company.
• BThe product is not used as per the instruction given in the instruction manual.
• CModification or Alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuitry or physical design of the product.
• DAny installation/Repair work is carried out by the person/agencies other than authorized by the company.
• EThe product is used for commercial purpose.
• FThe condition of premises do not confirm to the recommended operating conditions of product.
• GThe original Serial Nos. is removed or altered from the product or its cabinet or seal of the product is found broken/tampered.
• HThe warranty does not cover the damages to the product, while in transit to the service center or purchaser/customer residence.
• IThis warranty will cover only the Electrical / Electronic and Mechanical parts only and No Plastic parts will be covered.

• This warranty does not cover the damages or loss, caused by accident, lighting, water, fire or any other acts of God, Improper ventilation, dropping or excessive voltage/shock or any external damage/breakage beyond company's controls, in case services are required in these cases, the same will be done on chargeable basis.
• This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of the parts or defects caused by household pets, rats, cockroaches or any other animals or insets.
